Is it safe to ship products?

Yes, we ship our products by trusted carriers.  

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders over $25 we provide FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

How long does it take to get my order?

Processing time may vary in the demand and the stock of our products. All items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. After that, the item will generally arrive within 2-4 weeks. 

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

An email notification will be sent to you once we ship your order.  

What is the store's cancellation policy?

To cancel a product, please contact us immediately at our contact page or e-mail: info@fitnesselephants.com. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. If the order is placed by our designers, your order cannot be canceled.

What is the return policy?

If a product has a defect, you can return it within 7 workdays, you will receive a gift card for the amount of your purchase. Please send us an email: info@fitnesselephants.com or contact us through our contact page. Additional fees to return the products will be on your own account. 

What if the package has been sent back?

Customers are responsible for giving us the right address and checking their mailbox. It is possible that the carrier wasn't able to deliver the package and left a note. If the customer then doesn't take action or we received a wrong address, we sadly can't give a refund.
